The skin comes from the family farm in Stojnci — the part of the animal meat processing used to throw away.

Tomaž Cimerman is a food technologist who runs the family farm with his brother. He took a raw material everyone else discarded, made a snack out of it, and won HIT PRODUKT in 2023.

What is SPOOF really made of?
Pork skin and sea salt. That's both ingredients. We clean the skin, bake it in the oven and salt it — no oil, no additives, no preservatives.
How can it be 90.6% protein?
Because almost all the fat renders out during baking, leaving the protein structure behind. That's why it's so light and crunchy — and why the protein share is so high.
Is this the same as pork scratchings?
No. Scratchings are fried in their own fat and stay greasy. SPOOF is oven baked, so it's dry, crisp and much lighter.
Is it keto friendly?
