Terms and conditions

The seller is the company named at the foot of this page. The buyer is a consumer purchasing for purposes outside their trade or profession.

You place an order by choosing a pack, entering your delivery details and completing payment. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation by email.

The confirmation contains all the essential details of the purchase. If it does not arrive, tell us — the email address may have been mistyped.

All prices are in euros and include VAT at the reduced rate for foodstuffs. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

Delivery costs are shown separately before checkout and are not included in the product price.

Payment is by debit or credit card through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Your invoice is sent electronically to the email address you provide.

We deliver to Slovenia, Austria and Croatia. Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days, with delivery taking a further two to five working days depending on the country.

Delivery is free on orders above the threshold shown in the shop. Below it, the flat delivery charge shown before payment applies.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions apply to sealed foodstuffs.

If the goods are not in conformity with the contract on delivery — damaged, past their date, or not as described — you are entitled to replacement or a refund under the Consumer Protection Act.

Report it to the email address at the foot of this page. Attach a photograph and your order number; that often lets us resolve it without a return.

We aim to resolve every dispute directly by agreement. Write to us and we will reply as quickly as we can.

In accordance with consumer protection law, we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a dispute. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before a court.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Nothing here affects the mandatory consumer protections in force in your country of residence.
