Returns and withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without giving a reason. The period starts the day after delivery.

An opened bag cannot be returned. Consumer protection law excludes the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been unsealed after delivery. An opened foodstuff falls within that exception.

Undamaged, unopened bags can be returned without difficulty. The same applies to a whole order where no bag has been opened.

This exception does not affect your rights if the goods are damaged, past their date, or the wrong item. In those cases a return is possible whether or not the packaging has been opened.

Email the address at the foot of this page, quoting your order number and stating that you are withdrawing from the contract. No special form is required.

Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. They must come back undamaged and in unchanged quantity.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to buy.

We also refund the delivery cost you paid, up to the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they were damaged, past their date, or the wrong item — in which case we cover it.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, tell us as soon as you can and attach a photograph. Where it makes sense, we arrange a replacement or refund without asking you to send anything back.
